who i am
i’m ty, a.k.a. tybernation. this is just a personal website for showcasing things related to me. i’m adding this privacy policy because i believe i need to. the website address is: https://tybernation.com.
personal data
i will not be collecting or sharing any personal data from site visitors. i have no future plans to. i have disabled account creation, commenting, media uploading, and have no contact forum, so my understanding is that there will be no personal data collection from me. however i will mention that i do use themes and plugins to help with this website:
the theme is inspiro by wpzoom.
my plugins are as followed: loginizer, siteseo, speedycache, speedycache pro, all by softaculous.
my website backups are saved to a private, encrypted cloud drive for use to restore the website in case i have broken the look or function of the website. it will not be shared or made public at any point.
by default, wordpress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the user profile screen from registered users, and does not share any personal data with anyone. so as far as i am aware, i will not be collecting or sharing any personal data.
content from other websites
this site includes embedded content (ie. twitch, soundcloud, etc.) as well as links to external websites. the embedded content from the other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you were visiting the other website.
the websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

as i have comments and media uploading disabled, i believe the only cookies involved would be if you were to visit the login page. there is a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies when you visit the login page, and the cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
